What will Monday bring for you?

What will Monday bring for you? Another week of starting again, getting a back on the wagon? Or a decision to live a healthy active lifestyle EVERY DAY, EVERY WEEK, EVERY MONTH, EVERY YEAR?

For my whole adult life I have struggled with my weight, I have tried every diet and mostly failed. It took the struggle to have a baby to wake me up to the fact I was poisoning my body, day in day out with nutrient- void food and alcohol. Just one or two drinks to wash away the work day, not a big deal. But it was and it is, empty calories that lead to bad food choices.

I may not be where i'd hoped to be on my journey yet, but i'm a hell of a lot closer, more informed and living a life aligned with my goals that I was 5 years ago.

But its a daily choice, a choice to fuel my body, not poison her, a choice to not give into the cravings, a choice to not give into social pressure, a choice to be one step closer to the life I want to live.

This Monday I choose to continue to live in alignment with my goals

BUT GUESS WHAT?
My goals just got
a whole lot bigger
a whole lot more focused
a whole more important
a whole lot more about ME

As mums we want the best for out family and we act from a place of giving to everyone else first.
What if in order to give to the BEST to everyone else, we gave the BEST to ourselves first.

CHOOSE YOU, MAKE YOU A PRIORITY, MAKE YOU NUMBER 1

This Monday I am choosing to put my health, my sanity, my purpose, my goals, my life FIRST, because I am not able to give MY BEST to my family when I feel resentment for not doing all the things I want to do for ME, because I am haven't got enough time.

So from this day forward I am making time, time for me ,time for looking after myself, time for QUIET, time for peace, time for reflection, time for action!
If that means getting up earlier then so be it. For things to change I need to change.

Who wants to join me starting tomorrow in living in alignment with their goals?

I am on a mission, 6 weeks to holidays, 6 weeks to being bikini ready, 6 weeks to feeling my best, 6 weeks to freedom and relaxation.

I am going to do my BEST to be ready to enjoy it, ready to fully immerse and enjoy my break.

My philosophy is whole foods, cellular nutrition supplementation, ketones for fat burning, fun movement, the best skincare, journalling, relaxation with oils and a mentor for support!
